These terms govern your use of auxiliary-mode.com (the “Site”), operated by Auxiliary Mode LLC (“Auxiliary Mode,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose

The Site is provided for general information about Auxiliary Mode and its products. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, a contract, or professional advice of any kind. Descriptions of products in development, including products in private beta, describe our current plans; they are not commitments or guarantees of future availability, features, or timing.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, typography, logos, and the names “Auxiliary Mode” and “Tiny Boss” — are owned by Auxiliary Mode LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Typefaces used on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
